The location is absolutely perfect everything I could ask for and then so close to everything walking Disney still long Walmart all fast food Duncan of a convenience store two drugstores supermarket and more. Staff is very nice, they don't bother you and will accommodate guests when needed. Housekeeping is very pleasant and willing to help with anything you ask for within reason.

I booked and was confirmed for a queen room with two queen beds to accommodate myself and my son in law. I was given a room with 1 king bed. A 76 year old man and his 50 year old son in law do not sleep in the same bed. I demanded a receipt for cancellation and walked out to find new accommodations. I later found I was sent a message changing my confirmed reservation to 1king bed.

NOTHING! First impressions the property was a dump, and then we couldn’t get in the first room they gave us. The staff came with an electronic gadget to open it and started to walk away. When I tried my key again still couldn’t get in, maintenance man tried he couldn’t get in either. They then switched rooms which was absolutely filthy nasty. Only 1 set of towels for 3 people. Asked the front desk he said Togo upstairs and ask it’s not his job to get towels??? Worst hotel experience ever!
